“I believe there’s real value in being accountable to someone outside your circle of family and friends.
Many people have a general sense of what good nutrition looks like, but with so much conflicting information out there, it can get overwhelming. My role is to guide you with evidence-based advice and help you focus on the changes that will make the biggest difference to your nutrition goals”
Erin completed a Bachelor of Health Science at the University of Tasmania, followed by a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. She then returned home to Tasmania—where she grew up on a small produce farm—and began her career in a multidisciplinary GP clinic.
Her passion for helping people improve their weight and blood sugar levels began through her work with a GP who had a special interest in diabetes and weight management.
With over twelve years in private practice, Erin now consults from her own rooms at 28 Elphin Road, Launceston. She loves everything about food—growing it, cooking it, and understanding how it fuels the body—and is here to support you with practical, personalised strategies that fit your lifestyle.
Erin is outcomes-focused and committed to helping her clients achieve strong, sustainable results that truly make a difference to their long-term health.
Erin is currently only accepting new patients in the area of blood sugar and weight loss management. Please book directly online or contact Erin via email to enquire about bookings info@erinjackson.com.au
