Initial consultations are for one hour and cost $195.00.
review consultations
Review consultations are for 20-30 minutes and cost $95.00.
Rebates may be applicable for particular clients.
MEDICARE
If you have had a GP Management Plan and Team-Care Arrangement (often referred to as a Care Plan) developed prior to your appointment you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $58.30 per session for up to 5 sessions per year.
If you have been referred with an Eating Disorders Plan in place you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $58.30 per session for up to 20 sessions per year.
Please note Erin does not bulk-bill. The standard fee of $180.00 for an initial consultation and $85.00 for a review consultation applies, those referred under a care plan can claim $58.30 of this back at the time of your appointment.
DVA Gold Card
If you have a DVA Dietitian referral from your GP there will be no out-of-pocket expenses for you.
PRIVATE HEALTH
If you have Private Health with appropriate extras cover you may be eligible for a rebate from them. You will need to claim this directly from your Private Health Provider using the receipt provided at the end of your Dietitian consultation.
