ERIN JACKSON | ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN

In her role as dietitian, Erin’s goal is to help you to meet your nutritional goals by developing individual eating plans that take into account your unique health needs, food preferences, lifestyle, work and family commitments. You will be guided and supported to make informed decisions about the type of food to eat to best enhance your health, whatever your lifestyle.

All of Erin's advice is evidence based and she will encourage you to consume readily available everyday food (that your whole family will enjoy) in the balance and amounts to meet your goals. Erin is there to help you put that advice into practice for long term changes.

Erin consults from 28 Elphin Road, Launceston. She is available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays by appointment only.

I am passionate about food and helping people feel better.
— Erin Jackson, MSc APD
