Erin provides face-to-face and Telehealth (video-conferencing or telephone) consultations on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Initial appointments go for one hour and cost $195.00 and review appointments are for 20-30minutes and cost $95.00. Click to find out more about fees.
Erin’s practice focuses on chronic disease management. This includes helping patients with Diabetes Mellitus, Overweight/Obesity, Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia, Fatty Liver Disease, and those considering Bariatric Surgery.
